Parish Walk Against Hunger

Today parishioners of all ages from Blessed Hugh Faringdon Catholic Church in Faringdon walked from Faringdon to Buckland to raise funds for CAFOD in the fight against hunger.
At the end of the walk, Mass was held in St George’s church, Buckland, by kind permission of the owner, Mr McNally.
On the way there were fine views of the upper Thames valley and the Vale of the White Horse, including White Horse hill, plus a good soaking by a hail shower, and even some April sunshine.
